Am I able to pick up my order?

We do not have a store front (which is why we are able to keep our pricing so affordable for you guys!) so this means that generally we do not have a pick up option and only offer shipping. For customers needing same day arrival we can work with you to arrange pick up solutions from our Bayside Warehouse Location in Brighton East, Melbourne on a case by case basis. Feel free to give us a call if this applies to you.

Where are your products made?

All over the world! In order to provide you with top quality products we have a multitude of different manufactures that are located all over the world from Korea to England to right here in Australia.

Do you do discounts for bulk orders?

Of corse. If you are interested in having a chat about purchasing in bulk please get in touch. This applies to any type of training schools or those wishing to stock products to on sell to their clients.

What is your refund policy?

We strongly believe that all of our products are of the highest quality and we really do take pride in everything that we sell and we can proudly say that we have never had anyone want to return products based on their products not being up to scratch! However sometimes mistakes happen or things go wrong. If you do wish to return your products or something isn’t right please get in touch and we can organise a replacement or refund to be sent out if the mistake is on us!

Are you able to offer customised products?

For special orders we may be able to organise customised products for your and your business or provide you with ‘white label’ products which are products that have not yet been labelled allowing you to put your own printed logo on to them to on sell to your own clients. Please get in touch if this is something you’d like to know more about.
